Better Health & Wellness Center is located in Historic Downtown Littleton and housed in a charming older home making our environment both classic and comfortable. The Center provides exceptional alternative health services that enhance a person’s ability to heal themselves, gain balance and feel rejuvenated. Our practitioners are healers, teachers, instructors and mentors, who bring a high level of experience and education to their practice. This experience enables us to provide excellent care for you along the road to wellness.

All of the practitioners believe that you (the client) are an integral part of your own transformation. That’s why the Center was created as a safe, relaxing place for treatments that support your physical body while nurturing your mind, heart and spirit.
