Jenny Domingue, RMT
Massage Therapist

Jenny Domingue has practiced massage therapy for the past 7 years. After graduating from the Academy of Somatic Healing Arts in Atlanta, GA her education continued through a variety of courses including stress management, breath work, healing touch, and studies in natural health & personal/spiritual growth. The foundation of her work is based on the philosophy that in our fast paced, stressful lives, it’s so easy to lose touch with ourselves and the people and things that matter most. Many of us spend a lot of time living in our heads, worrying, focusing on what’s wrong, suppressing our true feelings, and maybe even being abusive to ourselves and others in the way we think, speak, and act. Stressful thoughts and emotions cause us to disconnect from our hearts and can cause pain, tension, and dis-ease in our bodies. As we slow down and become willing to let go, our bodies begin to relax, our minds begin to quiet, and we are able to reconnect to our hearts. We can begin to refocus on what’s right and experience gratitude for all that we have and all that we are. We can begin to express our true feelings and we become able to be more loving to ourselves and others. The intention of Jenny’s work is to help you reconnect through touch. Her sessions combine simple relaxation exercises & Swedish massage to help release areas of restriction in the body, mind, and heart.

Shelley Poland
Reiki Master, Healing Touch Practitioner

Shelley Poland has spent the majority of her career in the ‘Hi Tech’ field, but felt that she had another calling. In 2004 she graduated from Red Rocks Community College with a certificate in Holistic Health. She is a Reiki Master, Healing Touch Level IV Practitioner, and includes some techniques of Reflexology in her sessions.

Reiki is the act of ‘laying of hands’ on the body to convey warmth, caring and loving. Reiki is used to help facilitate the healing of the whole person. The energy is drawn to those areas of the body that require it. Healing Touch can be used in conjunction with traditional therapies or as a stand-alone treatment. It is used to balance and align the human energy field and is useful in providing pain relief, symptom relief during or after chemotherapy, aids in the post operative healing process, support withdrawal from substance abuse, and strengthens and supports the immune system.

Her hope is to share the energy of Reiki and Healing Touch with everyone that she meets.
